Is there a waiting period before I can submit a claim?
Yes, the waiting period is 1 month and 1,000 miles before a claim can be submitted.
Do I have roadside assistance?
Yes, roadside assistance is included in any vehicle plan you purchase. Please call 1-866-250-5878 option 1 and provide your contract number for assistance.
How can I get a copy of my policy?
You should receive a confirmation email when you purchase your plan that has a copy of your contract included. To request an additional copy of your policy, you can log into your account under your profile and go to the ‘Plans’ tab or reach out to an Everything Breaks customer rep who can assist.
What does my plan cover?

CAN I CANCEL MY PROTECTION PLAN?

IS MY PROTECTION PLAN POLICY TRANSFERABLE?
Yes, you can transfer your protection plan to another vehicle, please contact Everything Breaks for transfer procedures.
HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM ON MY VEHICLE?
To File a Claim, you bring your vehicle to a licensed repair facility of your choice. Then have the repair facility diagnose the issue and call Everything Breaks to determine if the claim is eligible for coverage. All claims must be approved before repairs are done.
