To file a service request, call 888-994-0914 to request service on any one of your eligible products or visit us online and file a request through your customer portal.

IS CRITICAL COVERAGE TRANSFERABLE?

Yes. Critical Coverage is also transferable to the new owner of the vehicle if you decide to sell, increasing the value and making it more enticing to a buyer.

CAN I CANCEL MY SERVICE?

Yes, you may cancel your plan for any reason at any time. To cancel, simply call 888-994-0914 or log in to your user account and click ‘Cancel’ under your plan.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS?

Yes! Critical Coverage also provides a $1,000 Vehicle Theft Reward for information leading to the arrest of anyone who steals your vehicle. The plan also gives emergency travel expense reimbursement. If a breakdown occurs away from your home, you will be reimbursed for food and lodging expenses.

In the event of a breakdown, call for Expert mechanical assistance in diagnosing the failure. All approved repair costs will be first negotiated by an ASE-Certified Repair Assist Specialist saving you as much as 15%. Of the remaining repair bill, Everything Breaks will pay a GUARANTEED 35% of the negotiated repair work order. That’s a savings of up to 50%!

To File a Claim, you bring your vehicle to a licensed repair facility of your choice. Then have the repair facility diagnose the issue and call Everything Breaks to determine if the claim is eligible for coverage. All claims must be approved before repairs are done.
