CLAIM PROCESS FOR A MECHANICAL FAILURE

The Month to Month Vehicle Protection claims process is fast and effortless. Prior to repair, simply tell the dealership or ASE certified repair facility that you have an extended warranty with Month to Month Vehicle Protection. They will call the Claims Center number 866-994-7063. Once the repairs are approved by the claims center and the repairs are completed a payment will be made directly to your repair facility with a corporate credit card. Remember, in case of a mechanical failure you must protect your vehicle from further damage. This may require you to stop the vehicle, turn off the engine, and have the vehicle towed.

Month to Month Vehicle Protection lets you choose the repair facility of your choice. You can have your vehicle repaired by any licensed repair facility in your area. You may take it in for repairs to a new car dealership; your favorite mechanics repair shop, or any national chain that performs vehicle repairs, as long as the repair shop is A.S.E Certified.

Month to Month Vehicle Protection pays your claim quickly and efficiently over the phone with our corporate credit card. Simply present your Month to Month Vehicle Protection contract to the repair facility who in turn will contact our claims department. You simply pay your $100 deductible. There is no paperwork, no need to layout any money and no limit on the number of claims you may have. Month to Month Vehicle Protection covers parts, labor and even sales tax, if applicable.

Windshield Repair Protection
Prior to repair call 1-888-684-9327, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time and we will dispatch repair service.

Paintless Dent Repair
To access this benefit call 1-888-684-9327, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time to schedule an appointment.

Tire and Wheel Road Hazard Protection
You must obtain authorization prior to the replacement of any tire and/or to any repair or replacement of any wheel. Call 888-684-9327 Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time for authorization and instructions. In the event that both the tire and/or wheel damage occurs after the Administrators regular business hours, or on a weekend, and repairs must be effected, you may obtain instructions online at www.niufl.com. Subsequent to afterhours repairs/replacements, call 888-684-9327 the next business day to report your claim.
