Hello, I am reaching out in frustration because my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee is currently at Pep Boys since August 29, 2024 awaiting a response from the claims department. Many calls were made only to be on hold for ridiculous periods of time with no answer. Several emails were sent in with no response. I am currently on hold for your claims department for 50 min. I have spoken to Jose, and Peter, but no one from the claims depart. This is not acceptable for what I am paying, this is not service!!!

I have been trying to get payment from your company for 2 weeks now. I find it very unprofessional that you can not send payment. You have the longest wait times i have ever dealt w/ from a warranty company. Absolutely insane. When you finally get someone on the phone, they put you on hold again. Then pick up just to see if you are still holding. Please send payment to the email listed about. I should not have to sit on the phone for hours upon hours. Imagine if you guys had to deal w/ that every time you wanted your monthly payment from your customer\'s? You would be out of business. Please do what you said you would do and send over payment.

I need a representative to help me understand our the agreement/policy. So, I gotten off the phone trying to file a claim with my vehicle and I have told them what needs to be done with the car. However, they have inform me that my accounts "needs to be open with 12 months of purchase to be eligible for filing a claim." Nothing states that in the policy that was giving to me on this. So, I need to get a better run-down on my account for future reference/future explanation to events that could occur. I am riding this message from the online account Everything Breaks. When I push the roadside assistance block, nothing happens. I have had to call roadside assistance number 888-994-0914 several times cents 923 this morning after an hour and a half waiting, I called back to find out why I had not received a call from First choice roadside assistance people and they said that they Would not be able to be at my house until around 12:15 PM today so that is about a three hour wait to get Emergency roadside assistance. Please figure out how I could report and get roadside assistance quicker thank you KENNETH SPENCER.
