Hello, I am submitting information for a claim I submitted 10/11/23. Claim Ticket 1618093. Unfortunately at the time of the request, I did not have funds to follow through with the transaction. I stopped using the phone. The initial claim problem is the same, a crack in the screen.

Thank you for your request for proof of purchase for my iPhone XS Max. I purchased the phone at its full retail price of $1249 + tax from T-Mobile. As payments were split into monthly installments, I do not have a full receipt. However, I am attaching the receipt for my final installment payment (the date of which is when the phone officially became mine) which clearly shows the payment, phone model, and serial number, thereby providing adequate proof of ownership.
