To be able to move forward in the claims process for your cell phone we will need a copy of the original purchasing receipt. Please send in a copy of the original purchasing receipt as soon as possible. Also there will be a $75 deductible needed for the claim. Can we use the credit card on file ending in 2042 for the deductible?

Hi the color is the limited edition gray and there's just a tiny chip on the rear of the phone but I'd be fine with just the front being repaired, since it might be hard to find the limited edition gray. If it's not too difficult to repair the back too I guess we can do that; ais the front and the back covered under the policy? I think the deductible was $75?
I am out of town now but I can send a photo of the back when I return Thursday evening.
