Can you please send us a screenshot or the original proof of purchase? I will located a repair center for your device in the meantime, once we have the pop we will move forward with the claim and repair.

Why would I need a receipt? I purchased it at an ATT store in Park City, UT in 2019.

Please provide a full purchase receipt showing the price paid for the device.

I am attaching the shipping receipt from my Sprint account. I'm also including pages of a statement to show how much was paid for the phone. It was monthly payments and this is illustrated on the Sprint billing statement.

I see that you did not upload a receipt, that's the first thing we need to proceed, please send a copy on the purchase receipt of the phone to Claims@everythingbreaks.com , If you do not have one you can always request the receipt from where you purchased. I see that you have provided a uBreakiFix near you for repairs. Most uBreakIfix stores will allow us to pay for the repair. The procedure you need to follow is to get an estimate prior to repairs for approval first. Do not forget that we do need the receipt. We will be following up shortly with the repair facilities info and a 24 hour number to call in the estimate.

I only have a bank statement showing the transaction for the purchase. Will this be sufficient?

Robert, I do not see the proof of purchase on file. Can you provide a copy of your phone receipt. If you cannot locate you can always call and request a purchase receipt from where you bought the phone, they always have it on file an should be able to email you one.

Sorry to hear you cracked your phone. Before we can proceed, please attach and send in a copy of your receipt on your iPhone 11. Once we receive receipt, we will locate a repair facility near you to get an estimate.

I bought it in sams club almost two years ago. I do t have a receipt currenlty. What is the alternative?
