This is from your website- hassle free claims including drops and spills. I sent you my phone info and carrier info when I paid for this plan. I’m not sure why it’s a big deal for a simple claim.

The screen is not staying a second just blinking. I attached two pictures of blinking. And one of off power mode. Please let me know if you need more documents.

We have tried to locate a servicer in your area, unfortunately we were not able to find one that would be able to replace the back glass. There are now two options for you, the first is that you could take it to apple and have the back glass replaced, but that would have to be a reimbursement from us to you. Meaning you'd pay apple direct and send your invoice in to us after the repair has been completed. The second option, is for you to send in your device to our depot, we'd have them repair it and send it back to you. Please let me know which option you'd like to go with.
