To file a service request, call 888-994-0914 to request service on any one of your eligible products or visit us online and file a request through your customer portal.
Do I need to keep my receipts?
Yes, you should keep all your consumer electronics receipts on file in your account. Although it is not required at time of registration, you may be required to provide a copy of your retail purchase receipt for the covered product when requesting repair service for that particular product.
Is there a service charge for appliance and systems repairs?
Yes, there is a $75 Service Order Charge that is paid directly to the Service Technician.
What happens if I need service?
Call 888-994-0914 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year when a registered product requires repair. You can also request service through our website in your customer portal.
Does it matter where I buy something?
The Everything Breaks Total Home Protection Plan covers any brand from any retailer.
Do I need to register my products to get covered?
All electronics that are 36 months or newer at the time of enrollment must be registered within 30 days. Newly purchased consumer electronics must be registered within 30 days of the product's original date of purchase.
How long are my products covered?
Your coverage will never end as long as you continue paying the low fixed monthly fee or if you choose the annual payment option our products will be covered through the expiration date listed on the agreement.
What is the difference between the Everything Breaks total home protection plan and home plans offered by other warranty companies?
There is no true comparison as the Everything Breaks Total Home Protection Plan covers your home PLUS all of your registered consumer electronics as long as they are 36 months or newer at the time of enrollment. The other warranty companies offer their coverage for a fixed term, making it very limited and inflexible. The Everything Breaks Total Home Protection plan is inexpensive. Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, you may cancel your plan for any reason at any time. To cancel, simply call 888-994-0914 or log in to your user account and click ‘Cancel’ under your plan.
How does the Everything Breaks total home protection plan work?
For one low monthly fee, the Everything Breaks Total Home Protection Plan covers all of your consumer electronics, 17 appliances and the four systems you select at registration from mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. The plan covers those repairs necessary to return your consumer electronics, appliances and systems to their intended functionality under normal operation.
When does the Everything Breaks total home protection plan coverage start?
The plan term starts on the date of enrollment via the registration process. Products are eligible for coverage on the 31st day following the plan term start date. If you purchase a new appliance it can replace an existing appliance that is currently covered. When adding consumer electronics to your list of registered products, it must be enrolled in the Everything Breaks Total Home Protection Plan within 30 days of the product's original date of purchase and will be eligible for coverage at the expiration of the manufacturer's original warranty.
