My car has been in the repair shop since 3 June 2024.

The tech at Landers McClardy calls everyday like I do and never gets an answer. Your tech made the determination that a new transmission was needed.

Now Everything Breaks has said they are waiting to hear from the mechanic for the correct part.

I have been in a rental for 3 months!

To the main boss of everything breaks, every time that I call everything breaks, nobody there really knows where my money is Everything was supposed to under my contract to pay the person that did the repairs to my car. Where I paid 187.86 and everything breaks said that they would pay the balance as of July 24, as of August 2,2024 the bill was not paid, Then on August 2. I had to paid the outstanding bill of $ 655.54,because I needed more work done on my car it need repairs to my radiator 2 hoses with a bill of 437.59 ,I was unable to bring it any other place because I had to have it towed from my house in Lancaster to Pep Boys in RockHill ,and Pep boys refused to call you again because they want nothing to do with that company ever again .Then on August 6 they fixed my car, and I had to pay $437.59,Plus I needed to rent they don\'t have bus service or any kind of taxi service in Lancaster, so I needed a car to get around were I rented it from enterprise and I sent all my bills in thru email and Fax ,How does a company like you lose a contract with Pep Boys Please Look into this matter and get back to me ASAP

My 2015 chevy tahoe has been at the Lithia Chevrolet dealership in Fairbanks Alaska for over 3 weeks due to the fact of it having an active fuel leak from a metal fuel line and a failing cv joint which everything breaks has not approved for repairs.These are covered components which are critical to the vehicle being driveable without putting people\'s lives in danger. My coverage policy absolutely names the "constant velocity joint" and "metal fuel lines" as covered items under the "Enhanced Powertrain Coverage".I realize that there are components within the submitted work order that aren\'t covered by the contract but these items definitely are.I\'ve received zero explanation as to why these covered components are being denied.I don\'t understand,and I\'m beginning to feel as if this is a scam or fraudulent company.If your company\'s mission truly is to help out any way you can then the covered components in my vehicle would already have been approved.I am completely dissatisfied with the service of this company thus far.I assumed dropping carshield and doing business with you guys would be better, but that assumption is sadly incorrect from how things have gone.Please approve the covered components so that I may pay my deductible and get my vehicle back.Thank you

I have tried to get ahold of the claims department all day yesterday 8/8/2024 and all this morning 8/9/2024, I was told I would have someone call me back and that never happened. I was even told that a supervisor would call me back and that didn\'t happen either. Please all I want to do is talk to someone about getting a part over to Pep Boys to repair my car air-conditioning. Please call me.

I WORK FOR SPRING CITY AUTO CARE. I HAVE CALLED AND SENT EMAILS. I LOGGED IN THE OTHER DAY AND STARTED A CLAIM. BY THE END OF THE DAY, THAT CLAIM WOULD NOT LOAD. I GO TO THE SITE, MAIN ONE AND THE CLAIMS.EVERYTHINGREAKS, AND IT WILL NOT LOG US IN. THE USER NAME IS CORRECT AND THE PASSOWRD! CUSTOMER IS UPSET AND SO AM I. I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ASAP!!!
