I want to make sure my policy for powertrain plus was canceled today or no later than July 26, 2024. The policy is not active yet until August 1 because I postdated the first payment from my debit card for August 1. So the account is not activated yet but it still want to make sure that they have canceled it prior to August 1 as July 26 and no later than. Thanks.

I\'ve canceled my coverage 7/18/24 because I was not happy with the service and did not want to renew my coverage for 7/21/24 and continuing on. Today on 7/25/24 after I\'ve canceled, your company decided to leave my bank card attached and went into my account and took out my money anyway without my authorization or consent. Now we have a more serious problem because that is theft. I would like my money put back in my account asap or I will have to take legal actions on this company for theft and scamming.
