I am trying my best to cancel my policy through everything breaks and it’s kinda rediculous what I’ve been through trying to do so! I called con 07/02/2024 to cancel my policy and was denied the option to do so by the representative! Now there is a letter in the mail stating my intentions and I do expect a full refund of the initial payment and the payment taken out of my bank account on 06/28/2024! This is the second time I\'m writing but I c writing our calling does no good a supervisor was supposed to call me days ago this is really poor service I can\'t even get a minor problem solved which could of been done in one hour I really would like for yall to do your part and fix my car this is so un fair it shouldn\'t take this long if everything has been approved now it\'s a problem with paying them so I guess that\'s the catch cause they can\'t fix it until they order the part which can\'t b ordered until they get the money
