What is the process for canceling this plan?! I was given misinformation by your chat rep when I enrolled. I was told I can use my Enhanced Plan immediately. I specifically asked asked if I purchased the plan that day could I take my truck to the shop and have it covered under my enhanced auto plan and I was told YES, that was the one and ONLY reason I paid for the plan and took my vehicle to the shop. Then I am told by customer service that was false and I have to wait 30 days and drive 1,000 miles, even after I emailed a screenshot of the information I was given I was still basically told “too bad, that was wrong information” i asked the chat people for a supervisor that would be able to override the system to get my claim processed because of the misinformation and I was not able to get a supervisor. If my claim can’t be escalated and processed I need to judge cancel this foolishness and get a refund because now my truck has been in the shop 4 days and now I have storage fees and I came afford to pay $371, if I would’ve known about this waiting period I would have NEVER dealt with this company or paid anything, I would have taken my business elsewhere. But because your chat people said I could have my repairs covered under my Enhanced Auto Plan that’s the one and ONLY reason I gave you my money. Now I have storage fees to pay as well as $371 to get the truck repaired

I just happened to view my account to find that I am still being charged fair a service that I cancelled last year. I will be calling when you open on Monday.
