I informed your company that I was cancelling the warranty . Your company has done nothing for me. I paid 3 months with no services and when I did call to arrange a service call I was told that it was not covered. I was told that if I didn't use the service in the 3 months I had to pay with no services I had the right to cancel. So this is the 5th time I am telling your company I am cancelling services. I have found your company to be rude and incompetent. You never call back or they put you on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnect the call.

I have tried to call and cancel my policy multiple times and stayed on hold until. It ends up kicking me off and was left a message by a worker with and extension that didn't work and had to do the process with the hold line again. this is the worst cancel department I have ever dealt with.
