I see a problem with your contract.
It says I must prove maintenance has been done at a licensed facility.
For me, that facility is about 30 miles one way from where I live and is too far to go for a simple oil change, tune up, etc.

I change my own oil, spark plugs, etc.
Only time I get it repaired is if it requires a lift, specialty tools, major repairs (eg ball joints, axle bearings/seals. similar).

Due to your requirement for taking my vehicle to a licensed repair/maintenance place, I cannot buy your service/insurance.

If I can fix it myself, I will fix it myself. If I can service it myself, I will service it myself. I do not trust shops.
