Hi. I just purchased a basic auto coverage plan and I got an email from EB with Order #: 100039025 and Contract #: LEBCC0039025. Why is there no information in this email about what is exactly covered?

When I go to the EB website there is no option for me to create an account, so I can't review what is covered and what is not.

This is not business as usual and I'm not happy with this lack of information.

I am writing to express my deep-seated dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs regarding the maintenance of my vehicle. Despite repeated assurances that the matter of the oil change records was being handled, it seems that the situation has spiraled into a labyrinthine quagmire of incompetence and miscommunication. This has resulted in a veritable avalanche of difficulties for my family and I, and I implore that this matter be resolved expeditiously.

As a husband to my cherished wife and a father to three innocent offspring, the lack of a functioning automobile has had a catastrophic impact on all aspects of our lives. My employment, located an oppressive 46 miles from my abode, has necessitated an increase in my commuting expenses, as I have been forced to resort to alternative forms of transportation such as ride-sharing services, which have placed an undue burden on my finances.

Furthermore, my wife and I have had to reorganize our schedules to compensate for the lack of transportation, resulting in missed appointments and events of great import. This has had a domino effect on our daily lives, and we have been unable to fulfill our familial and professional obligations to the best of our abilities.

I am fully cognizant of the fact that the maintenance records are an essential element of the repair process, however, I feel that I was given erroneous assurances regarding the matter being handled. I implore that #everythingbreaks take this matter with the utmost gravity and make a concerted effort to improve its communication with customers.

In light of the current predicament, I am considering consultation with a family lawyer, as well as notifying the Better Business Bureau and human resources. I would much prefer to resolve this matter amicably, however, I feel that it is imperative to consider all available options. I implore that @everythingbreaks.com make a sincere effort to rectify this situation, so that I may regain possession of my vehicle and return to my normal routine without further ado.
