I was informed of a 1,000 mileage increase which would make my plan eligible. Regardless, on the 29th day of my plan coincidentally my water pump in my vehicle began leaking, I contacted my warranty company of course (everything breaks) and was then informed of the 30 day waiting period due to my account still being inactive and forced to pay out-of-pocket on the same day I paid them their monthly price. This one man Ian in particular is very rude and unprofessional. He'll pretend like he's speaking different languages after answering in English just to not help you out. Then he dummy transfers you because he also does not want to help you out then when asked his name he won't give it to you. He laughs at you also when he's done speaking another language. I wanted to cancel before my thirty days and it was not easy. It was extremely difficult and the app was not working then you couldn't get through to anyone. The 30 th day it pulled out my money.
