I have been trying to cancel my service for 3 days and your representatives keep putting me on hold and never come back or transfer me . I want to cancel my subscription. I\'m not happy you people have nor paid for one repair on my car.

calling you for service is impossible and when they did come to the phone the gal said i was covered for 100.00 in roadside service and that i was responsible for the rest . ithought i was covered for everthing in home and auto! this will not work because she couldnt even answer the most basic questions . This may lead me to go back to choice where the phone was answered and clims were promptly dis patched this is not an isolated incident ! i have never been able to call and get help and leaving call back is useless . They will call back next week if at all.

i signed up my 2014 town and country van and my 2015 town and country van on June 19th. I\'ve been trying to get an email on my Policys. I call every day and still no response. I\'m loosing faith in Everything Breakes.

I think it’s very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of Everything Breaks. You approved my claim last week for my vehicle and you all talked to the car repair shop today and still Failed to pay my balance. I’ve waitied 3 hours at the repair shop today because I needed a way to work and back, and you’re not open on the weekends. You’re about to lose a customer. I’ve been without a car all weekend! Only paying for a 24 hour rental isn’t getting me back and forth to work. My job is on the line because I can’t get there! Your company being hacked has nothing to do with me! You get your money every month faithfully from me and when I need my car after 4 days, you can’t pay the balance even though you talked to the car repair shop on the phone. I’m very unsatisfied with the service you all have provided so far! My car is ready at Midas in Redford Michigan and just sitting there because you fail to pay the balance and I’ve paid all of my balances with you all. Ubers and rides are costing me over $50 dollars a day! I have to arrive to work at 8am every morning and if I’m late to many times, I won’t have a job or if I can’t get there, I’ll be homeless with 4 kids! I’ve talked to claims 3 times today and still, no help!
