I’ve taken my car to the dealer due to the engine light on. They say it’s (195013) a differential pressure sensor. They called me back and said that l’m not covered. I know that I purchased the best plan you offer. Why am I not covered. What’s going on?

She loaned her car to her granddaughter and it developed a massive oil leak. The car is in Chillicothe Ohio. She tried calling for a tow truck yesterday but was continually hung up on. Then after being hung up on for at least three times, she called at nine and was told the office was closed. What kind of warranty service closes at 9:00?
I have been on a search to find a repair shop that accepts your coverage, in circleville, Chillicothe, or the east side of Columbus.

Past Friday I took my car to repair. That same day your company receive the invoice and you was going to pay and I will pay the $100.00 deductible.

The car was ready on Friday and you never send payment and you send a email that you was having problem with payments.

I never rent a car thinking I will have my car Friday. Friday they said I could rent the car but I didn’t rent it thinking I will have my car Monday.

Today I did a three away call with the mechanic and everything break customer service. They told the mechanic to send a new invoice again and they send it. I call back everything break and they never paid.

My Car has been fix since Friday.

I will appreciated I have my car tomorrow. Also take of the $100.00 deductible that I have to pay you for all the inconvenience I have had with your company:

I would like to cancel my service.

I have a couple questions: I get paid biweekly, so is there any way to split the payments in half, so I can pay half with one paycheck and half with the other? Otherwise I wouldn\'t be able to do anything with this service. My other question is, if I had an electric system that had the knob and tube wiring, would this company be able to replace that along with rewiring the whole house? So basically, what are the exclusions? I actually have an additional question: how long would I have to wait until I could file a claim and how would I file a claim for repair?

I left my car Thursday and my car was finish on Friday. Every day since Friday your company says to the mechanic that they will pay. Today the lady in customer service said to send a new invoice so they could pay. We were in the phone a three way and the mechanic send the invoice. Nothing has been done. I didn’t rent the car because I was expected to have my car and I don’t have money to rent. Can you at lease deduct the $100. Deductible for all I have pass. I am so mad, stress with your company the way you have handle this case.

Myself and my mchanic has been calling your company for 2 days just trying to put in a claim and your company has no one to talk to and your chat is bs cause all it does is tell me to call some phones that your company refuse to answer.
