I had a policy with you and it has lapsed. I was supposed to renew in December 2023. I did not know the policy was not renewed. I would like to renew the policy on my 2007 Buick Lucerne.

This company is so in professional , I have tried two times to put a claim in and was unsuccessful. I even went online and nobody ever got back to me. You had me on hold for 47 minutes then answer the phone. Spoke to me for two minutes and put me back on hold and then disconnected me when I tried to call back I had no luck. Nobody answered the phone. I was not gonna hold on again another 47 minutes it’s disgraceful. I was told by Erica that I was going to get two months of my money refunded because I said I wanted to cancel and she told me it would be here between five and seven business days. It is now going on 12 days and I never received the check in the mail which she told me she was going to send when I called back today to find out a gentleman that I spoke to says he does not see that that she spoke to me and told me she was going to refund my money she he only sees that she did speak to me on the phone it’s not right and it’s very very unfair and I will definitely definitely put this whole scenario all over social media, and tell what happened to me
