I have called 2 corporate numbers and received the same response. I had a verbal agreement with one of your female supervisors last month. I was unable to make the payment. I am a retired law enforcement officer from Texas, disabled, a heart patient and a high risk patient. I was told that there was NO problem, for me to skip my payment for last month, and it was SUPPOSEDLY entered into the database under my name and phone number. She informed me that the payments for my accounts (PLURAL) would be put on hold until such time I could make the payment and re-start my policies (PLURAL). While going through my account with the my bank in Texas, we found that not only was the full payment for BOTH accounts, were taken out for the month of February 2024, they were taken out again, for both policies, for March 2024. As it is impossible to actually contact SOMEONE, ANYONE, or have a chance to leave a voice message, requesting that I receive a call back, I have no choice but to send a measly email. Perhaps, by seeing this problem, someone will actually pick up a mouse, a phone receiver, a pen or crayon etc... and actually contact me back. As it has been impossible to reach any actual human at this company, I have no choice but to contact my bank and file a complaint for monies being taken out of my account without my authorization, and request a full refund, filing complaints on both account withdrawals, for both months. Furthermore, I will be cancelling my PLURAL accounts, as of the time of this notice. Ironically, when I sent an email to the Corp office, last month, because it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human, and saying I would be cancelling my PLURAL accounts, someone from the Corp office called me the next day. Amazing. Your company communications options are beyond pitiful. No CUSTOMER should have to call, REPEATEDLY, including the Corporate Headquarters Offices, and be transferred back to exactly the same number, that I have been trying to get through since 11:19 AM today. It is now 12:05PM. I even tried going through the option of buying a new contract with your company, again being left hanging on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. This is my SEVENTH attempt to contact a human from this company. I truly cannot fathom how this company can gain any customers, much less keep customers, like myself. Congratulations. You have lost another customer. Lastly, I am going to post this complaint with not only my bank, the BBB, but finally with pissedconsumer.com Look the website up. I doubt that my complaint is the only one that is publically listed. The administrators of the website contact the company being complained on, within 24 hours. Most complaints are answered, by the offending company, within 48 hours, with an apology, if they have ANY common sense, and a request to try to work out the problem. I do have a life, even if your other customers do not. I have neither the time, will or patience, to dial number after number, etc....only to receive NO response, repeatedly left hanging on hold or not be able to leave any type of voice message. This is from first hand experience, last month. You are more than welcome to call and apologize and return my money for 2 months service, not received, immediately. Otherwise.....fill in the blank!
