She was cordial at first but I told her I needed to talk to my wife. We talked for a period and out phone was disconnected. She called back on a toll free number and I told her I would feel better to shop around and call back. My deductible is 100 but they won't hold up their end of the bargain coming with all excuses to avoid holding up their end of the contract. They're scammers don't use this company. I've paid for a contract over a year and couldn't use them 1 time. Don't let them rob you please. I've wasted my money with this company, don't waste yours.
