I'm the Service Director at a Ford Nissan Dealership in Kentucky and have been trying to collect an authorization that was given by this company four months ago. I have contacted them 5 times to collect a $140.28 payment. I spoke with Hillary, Jose, Quinton, Carlos and then again with Hillary-they keep telling me they will call back with payment. They Just won't pay their claim…very disappointing…

I called in a claim to repair my dishwasher, it was leaking. The item was listed in their Everything Breaks Service Agreement booklet, on page 1...under ("Items already covered in your home protection plans
dishwasher). So I call in a claim ticket #477910... The Tech came out and checked it out reported it back to Everything Breaks. They followed up with me and said it was not cover, so I had to pay for the Tech service fee of $75 anyway. However the Service Contract stated on page 2 under Definition #12 "Service" or "Service" mean the diagnosis and performance of the work, Including parts and labor, to repair or replace and Coverd System and Component that becomes inoperable due to a mechanical failure caused by routine wear and tear in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Contract. I was told by Claim Department the part was not cover. I have been with them for 8 months and this was my second claim every. (Ladies please read the entire booklet.)

What a scam. After weeks of drop calls and giving them everything they ask for and being told a adjuster will be contacting your repair shop they cancel your claim I highly recommend not wasting your time nor your money with this company it's all a scam I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and notifying them of how they treat and scam and take your money and give you nothing in return but false hope

Hoy día 25 de enero ,everythingbreaks no a realizado el pago de la factura que ellos autorizaron para la reparacion del Jeep cherokee.El Dealer(mecanico) les mando la factura el día 31 de enero. Y hoy 25 de febrero no han realizado el pago.Desde el día 24 de diciembre estoy en gestión para que autoricen el trabajo en el jeep.llevo pagando máxima cobertura para auto desde el día 5 de julio del 2023 por un costo de 105.87 $ mensual.muchos problemas para que ellos cumplan con el contrato.No se la recomiendo a nadie.Un fraude.

I have a warranty on my 2013 Nissan Rogue AWD with 130,000 miles on the car. It won't start so I had it towed to the Nissan dealer. They found some sludge in the oil pan and very low to no compression. It needs a new motor. Everything Breaks denied the claim for the reasons above as if it is a new car. We purchased the car used, we have maintained it. This warranty company was a very bad purchase. They want the vehicle to be in mint condition or they won't repair it. The vehicle is a high mileage car and we are not the original owners. This company is a scam warranty company, get your extended warranty somewhere else.

Es una estafa .NADA FUNCIONA. llevo desde julio 5 del 2023 pagando la maxima covertura para AUTO. Mi auto jeep cerokee 2019. El dia 24 de diciembre el dealer quien va a reparar el jeep .Se comunico con ellos y les dijeron que no podian atenderlo pq tenian poco personal el dia 30 fue que recibieron el informe del dealer y dijeron que tenian que mandar unos impectores para chequear lo que ellos decian. Quedaron en mandar los impectores para el dia 2 o 3 de enero y se aparecieron el lunes dia 6 y coincidieron con lo que decian los mecanicos del dealer. El viernes 10 decidi ir al dealer para llamar desde ahi para poder comunicar con ellos a travez del tecnico de servicio. pq everytingbreaks decia que ellos llamavan y no le contestaban. El costumer JOSE QUE A SIDO EL MAS SERVICIAL que me ha atendido . Me transfirio al departamento de Reclamo 2 veces y no funcionaba la comunicacion , hasta que el se quedo en linea y me puso la llamada personalmente. Es bueno que sepan que cuando lllamas al dpto de venta 866 395 4554 por lo general te atienden rapido .pero cuando llamas a reclamo 888 994 0914 por lo general las llamadas son mas de 40 minutos y nunca te dan una solucion .Resulta que cuando conectamos con el Dpto de reclamo nos dijeron que necesitaban que habrieran la tapa del motor y le tiraran fotos a las piezas danadas. El dealer pudo tirar fotos el viernes 17 y se las mando a everytingbreaks. ahi espera una senana mas para vover a llamarlos porque ni miercoles, ni juevees tenian respuesta.El viernes cuando volvemos a llamar desde el dealer nos dicen que cubren una parte de la rotura que esta por un aproximado de 1994.00$ ,cuando el costo total es aproximado a 4600.00$. cuando la garantia cubre las demas piezas ellos tienen su criterio que NO ESTOY DEACUERDO NI LOS MECANICOS TAMPOCO. Resultado, El dealer les aviso y les mando la factura que ellos aprobaron desde el dia 31 de enero y todavia hoy 12 de febrero no han procedido al pago. dicen que tienen problema con el banco y otras tonterias mas.
TODO MUY LEJOS DE LA REALIDAD A LO QUE TE VENDEN. FUE UN GRAN ERROR NO HABER VISTO LAS DEMAS OPINIONES. CUIDENSE DE ESTA COMPANIA.

Es una estafa. NO LA RECOMIENDO.
Desde el día 31 de enero el Dealer(mecanico) les mando les informo que ya habían terminado de reparar el Jeep cherokee.ho dia 11 tidavia no han hecho el pago. Llevo desde el 5 de julio de 2023 pagando 195,87$ por la covertura. El día 31 de diciembre el Dealer les mando los problemas q estaba afectando el jeep .everytingbreaks quedo en mandar unos impectores para el día 2 o 3 de enero y llegaron el lunes 6. Yo los llame para ver si tenían alguna respuesta y el vienes 10 de enero decidi ir para el Dealer y llamatlos desde ahi.por que a ellos tampoco le contestanan.y cuando le contestaban y tranferian para rl departamento de reclamo se caia la llamada. después de varias llamadas logramos comunicar.y el departamento de reclamo mando a levantar la tapa del motor pata tirar fotos de las piezas afectadas.cuando el Dealer pudo hizo el trabajo y les mando la foto el viernes 17 de enero. Hicimos llamadas por parte del dealer y parte mía a everytingbreaks miércoles y jueves y el viernes 24 autorizaon hacer una parte del trabajo del motor.el coro total no excede de los 4600$ .ellos dicen que cubren una parte que es de 1994,00 $ aproximado.que lo otro no lo cubre.esrabdo las demás piezas dentro del contrato.El Dealer termino el trabajo el 31 de enero y se les aviso por todas las vias.ellos dieron la confirmacion que ya lo habían recibido.
Hoy día 11 de enero everythingbreaks no a procedido hacer el pago.
Por este motivo y por la mayoría de las opiniones qno no son buenas no recomiendo este campañia a nadie .deberían de cancelarla.

Review: Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid This Warranty Company

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Everything Breaks and I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing a policy from them. When I bought my extended warranty, I was promised hassle-free repairs and great customer support—unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

When my Audi needed a timing chain they denied the claim stating it was pre-existing. I wanted to follow/up with the inspector, but the customer service representative told me if that is what the inspector stated then that’s it. It took the inspector 7 days to look at my car. I had to continuously call to see when an inspector would inspect my vehicle. After endless hold times, I was met with unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in denying my claim than actually assisting me. I requested to speak with the inspector or a supervisor, but there was no one to speak with. There was never a supervisor available to speak to you.

This company is all about taking your money and making it nearly impossible to get the coverage they promise. If you’re considering an extended warranty from them, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Absolutely would not recommend.

My car needed an Control Arm , Everything Breaks recommended that I go to Firestone well Firestone told me if they put the claim in I won't be able to get my car until Everything Breaks pay them and it could take up ontwo weeks. I am so disappointed and unsatisfied with Everything Breaks I have been paying for my repairs and I am still waiting for everything breaks to refund my money. O and by the way I have the top tier plan. Why am I paying everything breaks all this money and I still have to pay for my repairs,.
