NO BACKGLASS SEAL AND GASKET COVER, WATER LEAKING CAME INSIDE BECAUSE OF THAT AND THE CAR STOP WORKING, NO POWER AT ALL AND RADIO HAD A PROBLEM ALSO, KEY DOES NOT WORKING ALSO.

SO , NOTHING WAS COVER, SO , I CALCELLED THIS AWFUL SERVICE BUT TO CHARGE MONEY THEY ARE ANYTIME...

WORSE WARRANTY COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH VARIOUS WARRANTY COMPANIES FOR OVER 30 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 3 WEEKS FOR CLAIM PAYMENT AND EVERY DAY THEY ESCALATE TO MANAGEMENT. THEY CLAIM SOMEONE WILL CALL IN A HOUR AND NO ONE EVER CALLS. TODAY I HAD TO PUT A MECHANICS LEIN ON THE VEHICLE TO SELL THE CUSTOMERS VEHICLE FOR WHATS OWED ON THE BILL.

Worst service I have ever got in my life. It has taken me months to get them approved for my claim and they keep telling me that my check is on the way. Each time I call is a waste of time 45 minutes or so. Nobody can be held accountable and they do not care. Don't be fooled their review are bad for a reason.

The worse warranty company ever. I WOULDN'T recommend this company to my enemy. My first experience with Thur without any problem. But just recently my truck suspension with out, I contacted everything breaks to start the claim. Long frustrating story short my claim was approved on the 14th of December mechanic then did the repairs and contacted me about payment not being processed. The mechanic called several times and said he kept getting the run around. I called every day and had to hear that the company was going through something. Well it took me telling them that I was going to seek legal assistance for them to pay shop.keeping in mind they took my payment out my account on 12/04/2024 but still hadn't paid mechanic. Said I had teach my limit of liability so I didn't qualify for them to get me a rent a car. So for a whole 3 weeks by without me being able to work . They're recording is bs.

This company did not honor the contract for my auto repairs that were needed. My repair shop confirmed three items that were covered with my warranty but received a call within 24 hours advising that two items would no longer be covered. The agent was unprofessional with my service technician and hung up on him twice, unwilling to discuss the necessary repairs and listen to supporting comments regarding the needs. The repair shop advised they didn't trust Everything Breaks and would not be able to utilize them to handle my repairs. I had to pay out of pocket and hope to seek reimbursement from Everything Breaks which is a hassle.

Worst service ever they cover nothing and a bunch of excuses after paying them a year and they assure that smooth claims and coverage and now that the transfer case is gone no help at all money down the drain not sign up with they a bunch of false advising. They don’t even cover oxygen sensors everything out of their months a a bunch of lies and I had the top value plan.

My rating is 0. The worst service every. I purchased the contract Did everything they told me to do As far as the service contract. I took my car to the shop for repairs. I was told they would give me a rental car Why my car will be Under repairs. They had me without a car for a whole month giving me the run around. They were telling me they were waiting for approval. I have met all requirements to the contract, to find out that they we're not going to fix my car. I tried to speak with a manager or a supervisor and none were available. I'm a senior citizen with a bad leg and I couldn't go to work for a whole month why they were feeding me lies for a whole month. It was one lie after another. They specify same day service that's a lie. They specify no matter what condition the car is they will fix it that's a lie. I have passed the worst month ever trying to get my car fixed. Bottom line this company is a rip-off. I don't recommend it to nobody. This was the worst experience I've been through with any company. I don't recommend this company to nobody. My mechanic even told me that he has other contracts that service vehicles and he's never seen anything like this. He told me most companies he work with fixed the repairs the same day without any hesitation or problem. This company is unprofessional with service and contact with Representatives. I'm so upset I don't know what to do with myself. Only because I'm a senior citizen and I would have never thought this would happen taking advantage of people. Customers do yourself a favor do not buy this everything breaks contract because they're full of s***. Big scammers.
