My vehicle has been in the shop for 4 weeks and we are still waiting on a adjuster to approve the repairs!!! Plus I have paid out over $800 for a rental car!!! I feel this very inadequate service compared to how u present your company!!! I would appreciate a call back and some results to this problem which will Please Myself my Mechanic and U!!! Thanks!!! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid my payments every month and because there was a typo an oil change receipt. Every time I called, I had to sit on the phone at least an hour before anybody would pick up and talk to me then they try to avoid your questions and say everything is your fault way back company to deal with do not recommend!

I’ve seen a lot of one star reviews regarding auto repair approvals and although I can’t comment on those I can relate my own experience. My auto air conditioner stopped working and the problem was diagnosed as a leak in the compressor. The paperwork and estimate was submitted on a Friday and I received an email on Tuesday that the adjuster was looking at it. I sent an email over the following weekend asking when I could expect the final authorization and was answered sometime overnight with a promise that the approval would be submitted first thing Monday morning. At 9:00 that morning I got a call from my mechanic saying the approval was in and I should bring my car in for repair. It is now Monday evening and I have my car back repaired with only the $100 deductible paid. Again I can’t speak about the validity of the negative reviews but my experience has been very positive.

you guys are trash your customer service is horrible. first to get an adjuster on the line is impossible, and when you do they cant help , they say they will call you back but nothing, secondly you have to write everything down because they are unwilling to copy and paste and send you the claim details. which makes it easy for them to deny claims, further more we are still waiting on payment for a claim issued 3 months ago . who ever is my claim adjuster hates his job and life . Do better i am a service advisor and when asked which company i should use to get extended warranty everything breaks will be the last company i will recommend

So I fell for the extended warranty dream- bought into it for $90.i was told I was receive a receipt and two emails in which I did not. A couple of days go by and Was alerted of fraud on my debit card twice. 😑 I have canceled my debit card since- lost my DAD- have no access to cash and these scam.ers did all this for $90!!!! Congratulations 🎊 I hope you feel like you have really gotten over on a real sucker!

I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO TRY & GET PAYMENT,BUT THEY GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND & STILL HAVE NOT PAYED THE BILL AS OF 3/19/2025.THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. AS A REPAIR SHOP I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO NEVER PURCHASE THERE WARRANTY.

I'm the Service Director at a Ford Nissan Dealership in Kentucky and have been trying to collect an authorization that was given by this company four months ago. I have contacted them 5 times to collect a $140.28 payment. I spoke with Hillary, Jose, Quinton, Carlos and then again with Hillary-they keep telling me they will call back with payment. They Just won't pay their claim…very disappointing…
