This has been the worst experience of my life. My car broke done on Oct 15th. It took two weeks to get in touch with these people to file a claim. Finally, on November 5th a claim was filed. It took 2 weeks for an adjuster to come and take notes and photos. It is now December 3rd. The plan has not been approved regardless of their commercial claims. They do not call your garage: the garage has to sit on hold for 1 1/2 to 2 hours to be told NOTHING!!! We are elderly and have been without a car for 7 weeks. Miss family Thanksgiving and It looks like we will miss Christmas also. I have no ways of necessary xmas shopping and they refuse to give a rental car even though the plan calls for it. OUR GARAGE SWEARS TO NEVER ACCEPT ANOTHER WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!

I filed for a repair on my pool heater. I used the online app to file the claim.
It was handled quickly and with great professionalism.
I am so relieved and pleased that I signed up for the Emerald Plus plan.
It gives me such peace of mind while saving me money.
Would highly recommend!

Everything breaks is the worst vehicle warranty there is , they're barely cover anything or just don't also customer service is horrible very long waiting times and rude agents on the phone ,also when I tried to cancel they refused to give me refund even though my renewal was 2 days ago,,do not signup with Everything Breaks I recommend Car shield !!Don't waste your money and your mechanics time..

This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. They lie about when they pay and you cannot get ahold of any manager to resolve the issue. The car has sat at the shop for over a month completed but this company will not send payment to them to release the car that they authorized!

This is THE BEST COMPANY AVAILABLE TO CONSUMERS AND ALL FOR A DO ABLE COST, EVEN ON A SENIOR BUDGET. I have been a customer now a few years and I am sold after having the very expensive warranty on my auto, I just could no longer afford the high cost. I would highly recommend them. Please note their phone system is good but does have wait times for auto shops and dealerships as many are having to have help with auto repairs so be patient. I had a dealership refuse to call due to wait times, disconnections and phone transfers. Usually this is not a problem with other repair shops.

I meet a person who was telling me about your company . My wife had a Chevy spark that has lots of miles on it. . So I decide I would get this , was promise the sun and moon by your people. After about 2 1/2 months my wife car had what felt like a slip in the transmission . I took it to the shop and called y’all as did the service man . Was told an adjuster would have to look at it that was fine. My stayed at the shop a week waiting. For him . He comes and the service man told him it was the transmission. But said they would not cover it because it had two different sizes tires on it . The service man told him that has nothing to do with this at all . The adjuster said that is our rules . When we got the tires the shop did not have the same size we need but put the other size on it . Keep in mind this is front wheel drive car has nothing to do with back tires . We called and tried to get some one to talk to us about it. No body ever called back .
I have had people tell me if it hadn’t not been the tires it would have been something else . Very very disappointed in this company .

These thieves only want your money. They will undercut your claims and leave you waiting. When want to cancel, all of a sudden no one is around that I need to speak with. Emails aren’t returned and they will keep drafting your account.

Your service is BULL you don't pay claims on time causing repair center to hold people's vehicles hostage. Paying a claim that you authorize in 2-3 days is unacceptable.

Don’t get this service. Well unless you want a headache and hours of wasted time on hold. I needed to have linkage cable replaced. Deductible was suppose to be $100 but I had to pay $250 because the price the part I needed at 20 bucks less than what the dealership charged and only wanted to pay mechanic 74 bucks an hour. While inquiring about this I was hung up on 5 TIMES IN 20 MINUTES!!!!! I will be calling the BBB canceling my policy and I will exhaust my resources to recover at the very least the money they wouldn’t pay nor tell me they wouldn’t pay. Meanwhile when my mechanic that has serviced my family for more than 30 years honestly and professionally called to make a claim he was on hold for thirty min the first time before being hung up on and then a second time on hold for 30 min waiting to speak to claims when they were out to lunch. They knew there wouldn’t be anyone to answer the call and still put him on hold twice. They don’t deserve your money. I would consider it a scam or at the very least a terrible company that takes no responsibility for their crooked thievery.

They are very unprofessional, they don't answer the phone and when you finally get someone on the phone they put you back on hold for another 20 mins. or more on hold. They don't call to let you know that they need something else to get the claim started, every time you give them what they ask for they don't tell you then that they want something else. It's been two weeks since I heard from them now they want something else. My vehicle has been in shop since August and still nothing. I would not recommend everything breaks to the devil.

The recent passing of my husband left me to handle many tasks he effectively handled. Diamond Pools employee Chris serviced my pool on two occasions. He was so professional, attentive to my concerns and offered helpful insight. I am grateful for Everything Breaks and Diamond Pools.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen so badly that you could only see half of what was being displayed. I put in a claim online for everything that breaks electronics, provided the receipt for my phone, attached the required pictures, paid my deductible, and started my claim. The next business day, a customer account representative contacted me to inform me how to move forward with my claim. She advised me that Everything Breaks would send me a replacement phone. Once I received the replacement I activated the phone and tried all the features to ensure all functions were working properly. A shipping label was provided to mail the broken phone to close out my claim. I didn't have any problems Everything Breaks paid my claim, replaced my phone, and gave me a sense of comfort knowing that their service does work!

This company sucks. Horrible service. 3 months my trucks been in the shop. They lie lie lie then say it's fully covered then it's not fully covered. They pissed off my shop i go too...accused me of using truck for a business. Lie lie lie. Still my trucks not done. They stalked my Facebook and found a picture of my truck with drywall in the bed so that's when they accused me of using it for a company. Wanting more money. Stress and suffering is what this company gave me. Still not fixed.4 weeks ago they said it was approved but needed a final approval to drag the claim on. So they'd get more money out of me ...they had my mechanic on hold for an hour. He won't fix my vehicle any more now thanks to this shitshow insurance....

I would give them a zero. Fo the first 2 weeks my mechanic could not reach claims. Same story a new phone system. Week 3 finally received a call back. Run dont walk from this company they are the worst warrenty company.
I did speak to a person today his name was Jose' he was very helpful. Aa far as the company they are a joke.

The first time i work done 5 Stars the second time i had work done so far one star my car has been done for almost 2 weeks still has not paid bill and they said it be another week or 2 before they pay it it be ok if i had another car but i dont they could at least give me a rental car
