I purchased there srvc and had it for approximately 6-7months till I needed it called there road srvc company when I broke down only to find out i was only covered for $50.00 worth of coverages on a tow anycase had my vehicle towed to shop and after informing them they had stated someone would be out there to inspect vehicle after it stood in shop for a week and change and numerous calls they finally sent someone to inspect my vehicle and he jersey the shop around in process for about 3x hours and then had to wait and again after calling back and fourth for over a week was told that that i am not covered due to the fact that i have a mini van which very stupid to state and that it was a commercial type use which was not the case I had seats installed and plus windows all around end result u was screwed I had to pay for storage and repairs plus a rental for 3x weeks plus repair of starter and axles and transmission pay a total if $6500 in repairs plus $1500 in car rentals fees and a $250 tow bill i would say that I was screwed beyond screwed by them they are scam artists and only good for taking your money thats all

This is the worst explaining service I ever had…
Not only did they not throughly explain to me that I wouldn’t have any coverage about the miles on my car but I just had to pay 2200 dollars just to get my car back as is .. Not Fixed! I will most definitely be going back to car shield!

I can't understand why a headlight with condensation inside the shell of the headlight can not be repaired. My vehicle isn't an old vehicle and the dealership says it's an electrical issue and not just the bulb. But, the electrical components have to be repaired to ensure that I can see and have no accidents.But, EB says its a cosmetic issue. Really!!
When did a cosmetic issue even be considered over safety for the driver. I guess when the electrical wires burn up and I or someone create an accident, then I'm dead!!
And to be quite honest, it's a safety issue for me. You spend the money for the warranty plans but can't really use the warranty bc it's reviewed as "according to the type or make of vehicle you have". If it's a grand prix-you are in luck. But with a luxury vehicle-PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY. And make sure you ask ALOT of questions about their plans. The 1st rep on yesterday told me a out the luxury package. And sent me to a 2nd rep. He responded with,"You were suppose to get this feature when you got your vehicle inital warranty plan". He didn't know that I had been told that it was a new feature for about 7-8 ,months. Welp, he says you don't qualify bc you haven't had your plans for a year. Yes, I'm confused now. this is the interesting part. I then restated what he said to me back to him. I said, how long have I had my policies. He said over a year and a half. (Cool.)So if the luxury plan was just written 7-8 ,months ago. How would I have gotten it initially
when it didnt exist. I have been with them for a while and luckily haven't had to use them just yet. He stuttered with frustration and said hold on. Then tells me if I pay over 1500$ at the moment we were talking, that I could get the plan. I decided against it for the most obvious reasons.

If I could give 100 stars I would. It was my first time using the insurance and on the hottest days my ac went out. I called 2 different companies who gave me a run around and quoted me a very high price. I remembered that i had everything breaks so i called them. The customer service was awesome. They explained she would contact a company ask when I was available and made the appointment for me. The appointment was made within 24 hrs and the service she sent me was outstanding. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me. I appreciate everything they did.

You never answer phone ever to discourage a claim no one ever ever answers your service is lousy couldn't get a hold of you few months ago for a covered claim I was at shop couldn't get hold of rep so I had to pay for repairs myself I think you are crooks!!

I would give you a zero if at all possible. You gave me authorization to fix one of your customer's car (claim#C240529S042 for $800.00). I emailed you the final invoice on 6/5/2024 and got an automated response "Your e-mail has been received. Unfortunately, we are experiencing issues with our credit card. We will process your request when the credit card is available to us for usage. Please be patient during this time. that your credit card wasn't working."

I can't get through on the phone, and I emailed you today and got a response "Your e-mail has been received. We have worked though our recent issue and payments have started back up. We expect to have the backlog resolved soon. Please be patient and we will process your claim soon and we will call your location."

Your customer's car is still sitting here waiting for you to pay the bill so he can pick it up. I'm sure he is really happy that it's been here for 32 days and counting...

I bought the topline auto protection for my used 2008 vehicle. It only has 88K miles on it. My drivers seat (power) stopped working. Turns out the wiring harness was worn. When pictures were sent to EB to get authorization to fix, it was denied. I am not sure how a worn/corroded harness is considered not covered. What constitutes replacing wiring harnesses if not something that has failed from age? Oh well.....
