Worst experience ever! Consumer. I believed the hype and it has been a nightmare just getting an claims adjuster to even look at my car. In order to speak with a manager you are told that you they have to write a ticket and between 24-48 hours to return a call. The claims adjuster showed up at the dealer 4:30p when business was closing at 5p. I called them on a Monday and on Friday my car has not been approved to begin work. I had to continually along with the dealership call them to follow up. The dealership is calling me up 2 & three times a day while I am then calling them twice a day. I am being reimbursed for the rental car but only for the time for labor which has not been started in 4 days. Unbelievable. Please save yourself a headache as soon as I am done with whatever they don't weasel out of paying I'm canceling. I'll probably wind up paying on my own but it's a matter of principal. BTW they just took out their payment. I see they respond to negative comments maybe just maybe they can have a manager or supervisor respond to me at least even just to justify their terrible customer service. Please just help me I trusted you.

I Spoke to Mr. Miguel in customer service, he was so professional knowledgeable and kind. I had to cancel my policy and was given the runaround but he told great 👍 care of me ,thank you .Miguel ,you was the best.

Son unos mentirosos al momento de realizar el reclamo me trataron de estúpido e ignorante y mentirosos dijeron que ese vehículo ya tenía antecedentes y nada que ver lo dicen para no cubrir la garantía que supuestamente te ofrecieron y al momento de cancelar no lo querían hacer y me seguían debitando de la cuenta y cuando ya molesto les llame me dijeron que todavía quería que les pagara 65 dólares, son unos estafadores

they keep calling me about a car I don’t own. Then when I say I don’t have my credit card after listening to the pitch I’m called a liar. You don’t know what people are going through please retrain your staff how to take no for an answer.

I have had this coverage for over 9 months now and I have not once been able to contact anyone when I have been left on the side of the highway needing a tow meeting replacement transmission and shifter cables but I have not been able to use my critical coverage at all I would like to cancel and I think that this company is a crock of crap

I bought a home warranty policy with everything breaks in July 2024 and otherwise satisfied with their service so I renewed my contract with them for 2025-2026. This was over 2 weeks ago. When I did so , I asked that a pdf copy of the contract be emailed to me . They said no problem. Since then, I have called numerous times saying that I haven’t received any email. They also said they will mail me a hard copy . Neither have I received that. Each time I call , I am assured the email will be sent within 24-48 hours
On my last call, when I requested to speak to a supervisor, they said none is available and a supervisor will call me back, not sure how long that would take . Could be 1 day or 1 week . Hugo was the last representative I spoke to, who was not only inept but also rude
At this point , besides proof that my bank account was debited for that amount , I have no proof that I even renewed my policy with them .

the sale rep was rude and somewhat sarcastic and even invasive after I expressed interest and was intending to do business with this firm; however, I am not to be treated as this person decided to talk over me with his negative personality and rude, somewhat off-topic statements about my current status that he has no clue about! Which is understandable due to the fact that he most likely doesn't know about high-level finance and preferred high credit ratings, as well as money management. Too bad, you just lost this customer!

I purchased the auto and appliance warranty. I called and put in an auto claim almost 2 months after I purchased the policy and it was DENIED. They tried to find anything to deny claim so I’ve been trying to cancel but they keep hanging up on me. DO NOT BUY A POLICY -You will regret it.
