At first the dealership thought that it was a shift bearing issue and replaced it then they found out that it was the transmission also. My car went in on January 27th 2024 and it has been a daily call to Everything Breaks to let the dealership and myself when the inspection would get done and when the dealership can except the approval to order parts or when the parts will be at the dealership. I have asked for supervisor to call me back and that this is needing to get this expedited because this is going into the 4th month of getting my car fix. I was told a week ago today that I had an oil leak in my car. Oh, by the way. My car is a 2011, not 2010. It didn’t have 2011 under the year. So I called a service station to double check if I had an oil leak and I had to take it on Monday. Sure enough, just to confirm the leak the man showed me as it was up on the car lift. So on Tuesday I called car shield to verify the coverage and the man I spoke to told me it would be covered. On Wednesday the claim came back denied! What the hell am I paying $100.00 a month for when I’ve never had to use your company, and now that I have an oil leak, you refuse to pay to have my car fixed. Do you damn people think I crawled under my car and punctured my damn oil pan? What the hell is wrong with you? I don’t give a damn about any external causes! I did not do this, I did not run over anything, and how in the hell would an internal cause be covered? A leak is a leak period! If I was to let my car ruin my engine, then you people are going to have bigger problems than what you have now. If this company does not pay to have my oil pan fixed, I will go after you tooth and mail, and I will get every single payment back that I’ve paid into this contract! This company sold my daughter, who is in the Air Force, a policy for a Volkgswagen vehicle at 85.00 a month. After paying for three months the vehicle needed a repair and they stated thatr it wasn't covered any longer. This company does not check vehicles carfax or histories until a claim is filed. So if you pay for 1 yr, 1000 dollars, they can turn around and say vehicle not covered with no refunds. THEY ARE SELLING VEHICLES WITHOUT KNOWING WHETHER OR NOT THEY WILL BE COVERED. I have reported this to the BBB and to military leadership at Fort Walton Florida to ensure military personnel know that their vehicles brought back from serving overseas, even though vehicles have to meet US specs to be shipped back to US, are not covered by this company. I just attempted to file a claim yesterday on my vehicle, which is a Volkswagen. The claims department said they do not check vehicle histories or carfax until AFTER you file a claim. They told me they will not cover my car anymore because it’s a “gray market vehicle”. They did not tell me this until I tried filing a claim and had paid monthly payments already. They denied any refund or coverage. I have reported all this to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.
