At the auto shop for 3 days now and I’m on hold because I have to wait for everything breaks to process or answer my calls! I was happy but now I feel mistreated and lie to as an existing customer. Still can’t get my car and it’s 110 degrees outside, been taking bus transit. Horrible experience

Today I had the honor of talking to Kalvin Johnson! So kind, compassionate and funny 😊we talked for a long time and shared many wonderful experiences. He is an effective and very knowledgeable especially concerning the benefits of my policy.

The service was fine until they switched over and now your car physically has to break down you cannot take it to the shop and do preventative measures to save your vehicle and I think they're in the wrong and I've never had a problem with them before but I wouldn't waste my money with these people anymore

Critically, my experience with this company has been quite disappointing, hence just one star. Despite the transmission being covered in the powertrain warranty plan, they stubbornly refused to honor it when needed. As a single mother, my requirement for reliable transportation is paramount for my children’s education, however, it's now compromised due to their array of baseless excuses. Now, I'm left struggling to transport my kids to school and me to work, which I find extremely unacceptable. Their services are clouded with deceit and malpractice. They are still charging me for a vehicle that has no way of moving.
