I just got to say the customer service was excellent and always got a prompt response. From Frank and Kiara they went above and beyond they had the patience to translate It to my mother. I must say there professionalism is an A++ I recommend them.

I'm having a bit of a financial issue and need to cancel my plan for a bit. It's impossible to reach anyone to speak to. So far, I've been waiting 45 minutes for someone to take my call. I now don't have much faith in their coverage. I had thought to continue my plan as soon as possible, but if this is an example of their service, no thank you!!!

I am currently working with Everything Breaks on a repair that is covered by my warranty plan. They are covering the cost of two repairs to my car and I am happy in that respect. However, I have been in a rental car for 20 days while the service provider and Everything Breaks argues over what kind of transmission to install in my car. The service provider keeps calling for an authorization for the work, but they wait on hold for hours. They leave messages and then have missed the return call. I am the one is losing due to their poor customer service. I have paid for a rental car for 20 days and the repairs on my car have not even started yet!
The salesperson told me that Everything Breaks puts you in a rental car while you car is begin repaired, but he wasn't specific. It turns out that is $30 a per for up to 5 days. You can't even rent a car for $30 a day.
I am dissatisfied with their customer service and the complete lack of care for creating financial hardships for me due to their slow responses. I would not recommend this company.

Very dissatisfied with this warranty company, I was given $500 max for a $8000 replacement. Living in Texas with Temps over 100+ I had no choice than to come out of pocket. 2nd claim again inadequate coverage. I am aghast and would not recommend

Llevo la mañana completa intentando cancelar el contrato y siempre me dejan con la computadora p uesta,…… si fue tan rápido hacerme el contrato, porque tanta demora para cancelarlo. Te dicen q tienes 30 días por si deseas cancelar reintegrarse el dinero y luego no te atienden…es una compañía de estafa o que???

Well I had a car cover by them it broke down and I call it in two times wait two day no call back so I call once more but no luck so I sold the car for parts and got me a use car and got them to cover it and it broke down I call and now one week later still no call back and if you try to file a claim it’s not going to happened online it your trip but look elsewhere

I wish I can give it a 0 star this is a SCAMMMMMM THEY Never stated that it’s only certain types of transmissions they cover please look up the transmissions if you don’t know anything about them hell they don’t either it’s a waste of money and time…. I would not recommend…

I think you don't even deserve a star, I've been calling for more than a week to cancel my membership and receive a refund of my money and everything has been in vain, you have a phone connected to an answering machine for those cases, everything seems like a scam

Don't do it! Tried to make a claim because my transmission was going out. They denied my claim said that it would have to totally go out first.smh. i figured it would cost them less to fix it since it had went out totally. So i had to cancel some trips this summer because i was scared it would break down out of town. I knew it was too good to be true.😞

The lady that handled my claim tried everything that she could to address this claim but NO SERVICER in my area would even talk to me when I mentioned that a "Service Plan" company would be paying. JJ Gloss is a Dealer and has been a Top-Rated repair company ever since I moved into this area when I was 5 years old back in 1970. They hung up on me when I mentioned EveryThingBreaks. I called this in on "around" 07/29 and I still have a broken refrigerator. I know that you all tried to get this resolved sooner but the situation is what it is. I would give you all a " 10 " for effort. And thats what the lovely lady that handled my claim deserves, but your company deserves a " 1 " or almost zero as it has been 15 or so days and it is still not working and now I have to still handle the calling myself. After dealing with the other company that you all scheduled they cancelled on the day they were supposed to come out to fix my fridge. Just crazy. I waited over 12 days for them to come out as they were the ONLY ones that would even consider fixing it, then they cancel on the day of after I confirmed with them the previous evening. NUTS I pay out $80.00 a month then I paid another $75 for you to handle the claim and get my servicer out here and you couldn't even get someone here. I bet you didn't refund the $75 for handling the claim that you failed on…. No I have not had a great experience. My dad was interested in EveryThingBreaks and I have been giving him updates on this situation. So far he is a solid NO WAY.

Again I Thank the lady that gave her 200% it is NOT her fault she is the only reason I don't cancel my contract as she showed me that you all are trying your best but so far you are fighting an up hill battle

Yeah they call me and then the guy says he's going to transfer me to see what plan I can get and I'm talking to the second guy to tell him I only called to see if I can get a better price to give them the service but the guy chose to be very rude instead because I was telling him about the package I needed and he said you won't find any companies out there that would cover what you want and I told him I found two companies that already would and the only reason for the call is to see if you guys would give me a better price and he kept telling me I wouldn't find anybody that would cover me after I already done stated to him that I found two companies that would then he literally straight hung up in my face so very rude people, please if you're reading this do not attempt to go through them because I'm sure you'll get rude reactions as they are very unprofessional when it comes to customer service and from the way he acted sounds like it's a scam company
