I filed a claim for my rose gold Samsung Galaxy smart watch. They denied that because they said it was 3 years old. I don't know how old they expect for the electronics to be a year old for them to cover it. I don't know! Now my transmission went out. They don't want to pay that because I did not have a 100,000 mile check on the transmission which is stated in the owner's manua which I do not own because the car was used when I bought it. When enrolling, the rep explained how it all works, told me I could go the the repair shop of my choice, and I would only have to pay the 1st $100. After 7 months of warranty, I.ve had my warranty for more than 7 months now, and followed the protocol of filing a claim with Everything Breaks, only to receive a response "it's not covered"! This was never explained at the time I signed up, I spent almost an hour on hold before speaking to someone about this, and now they will NOT refund any of the premiums for the last 7 months. I strongly encouage anyone to do their research and find a more reputable after-market warranty for your vehicle, or like myself, open up an account and create an emergency vehicle repair fund with the funds you would have paid for a useless warranty.
