To file a service request, call 888-994-0914 to request service on any one of your eligible appliances or you can go to your customer portal and request service from your dashboard.
Do I Need To Keep My Receipts?
No. Receipts are not required when requesting service for one of your registered appliances. You may need to show service records depending on the condition of the appliance during servicing.
Is There A Service Charge Or Deductible For Repairs?
Yes, there is a $75 Service Order Charge that is paid directly to the Service Technician.
What Happens If I Need Service?

Who Performs The Repair Service If Something Breaks?
When repairing your eligible appliance, only authorized service repair professionals are used. The Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan provides you with the same type of service that you would get from the manufacturer or retailer of your product.
Is The Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan Insured?
Yes, the Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan is fully insured by an A.M. Best A-rated insurance company.
Does It Matter Where I Buy Something?
The Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan covers any brand from any retailer.
Do I Need To Register My Products To Get Covered?
Newly purchased products must be registered within 30 days of the product's original date of purchase.
How Long Are My Products Covered?
Your coverage will never end as long as you continue paying the low fixed monthly fee. If you select the annual payment option, your five appliances will be covered through the expiration date listed on the agreement.
Why Do I Need An Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan?
Appliance repairs, even minor, can be very expensive. The Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan protects you from incurring unexpected repair or replacement costs if your registered product breaks down during the coverage period as a result of normal wear and tear. There’s the convenience of just one phone number to call to have your registered product diagnosed, repaired, replaced or refunded. And this is all covered under one low monthly fee.
What Is The Difference Between The Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan And The Service Plans Offered By Most Retailers?
A retailer’s plan is expensive and covers only ONE newly purchased appliance with a limited term. Retailers typically sell you a new plan for each product you purchase and the retailer plans often exceed 20% of the purchase price of each appliance. The Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan is low-cost and covers your five selected appliances.
Can I Cancel My Plan?
Yes, you may cancel your plan for any reason at any time. To cancel, simply call 888-994-0914 or log in to your user account and click cancel from your dashboard. If you cancel your plan within the first 30 days of Date of Purchase, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your plan after 30 days from plan Date of Purchase you will receive a pro-rated refund.
How Does The Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan Work?
For one low monthly fee, the Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan covers the five appliances you select from mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. The plan covers those repairs necessary to return your appliance to its intended functionality under normal operation.
When Does The Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan Coverage Start?
The plan term starts on the date of enrollment via the registration process. Products are eligible for coverage on the 31st day following the plan term start date. If you purchase a new appliance it can replace an appliance that is currently covered. It must be enrolled in the Everything Breaks Appliance Protection Plan within 30 days of the product's original date of purchase and will be eligible for coverage at the expiration of the manufacturer's original warranty.
