The plan term starts on the date of enrollment via the registration process. Products are eligible for coverage day 1 if the device was purchased within the last 30 days of purchasing your plan. Otherwise the 31st day following the plan term start date.
With 4 pricing options, the Everything Breaks Smartphone Protection Plan covers malfunctions, drops, and spills. The plan covers those repairs necessary to return your smartphone to its intended functionality under normal operation. There is no limit to the amount of repairs to your smartphone.
Yes, you may cancel your plan for any reason at any time. To cancel, simply call 888-994-0914 or log in to your user account and click cancel from your dashboard.
