While on the phone with the scheduler I was told I was due for tire rotation. I asked cost and was told part of service contract for free as well. I then said I would have done but when I arrived at Bolvo was told it is not free I declined. I also needed an inspection sticker I was going to pay for I was told I needed to replace my wipers in order to obtain. I agreed to do. I have exceptionally low miles in my car and had no issues driving 100 miles today in the pouring rain with my wipes so I find this to be wrong as well. I feel this is very poor business misleading inaccurate information. I will no longer do business with this dealership other than to complete my oil changes which I paid fo when we bought my car.
