I had taken my car into our local Ford dealership for repairs. At first the dealership thought that it was a shift bearing issue and replaced it then they found out that it was the transmission also. My car went in on January 27th 2024 and it has been a daily call to Everything Breaks to let the dealership and myself when the inspection would get done and when the dealership can except the approval to order parts or when the parts will be at the dealership. I have asked for supervisor to call me back and that this is needing to get this expedited because this is going into the 4th month of getting my car fix. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with any warranty company of any kind to the point I will be moving on from this company.

When i purchased this plan I was told I was purching the top of the line policy..wrong! when I try to get service on my engine i was turn down and Robert was very rude about it .I was told towing comes with it wrong again only 1 towing came with it and to a shop not my home

I am a single person who lives on a fixed income, on SSD, and I haven’t a penny to spare for nothing. I was told a week ago today that I had an oil leak in my car. Oh, by the way. My car is a 2011, not 2010. It didn’t have 2011 under the year. So I called a service station to double check if I had an oil leak and I had to take it on Monday. Sure enough, just to confirm the leak the man showed me as it was up on the car lift. So on Tuesday I called car shield to verify the coverage and the man I spoke to told me it would be covered. On Wednesday the claim came back denied! What the hell am I paying $100.00 a month for when I’ve never had to use your company, and now that I have an oil leak, you refuse to pay to have my car fixed. Do you damn people think I crawled under my car and punctured my damn oil pan? What the hell is wrong with you? I don’t give a damn about any external causes! I did not do this, I did not run over anything, and how in the hell would an internal cause be covered? A leak is a leak period! If I was to let my car ruin my engine, then you people are going to have bigger problems than what you have now. If this company does not pay to have my oil pan fixed, I will go after you tooth and mail, and I will get every single payment back that I’ve paid into this contract! I will promise you that, it’s not a threat!
