If i could go less than 1 star I would. This company sold my daughter, who is in the Air Force, a policy for a Volkgswagen vehicle at 85.00 a month. After paying for three months the vehicle needed a repair and they stated thatr it wasn't covered any longer. This company does not check vehicles carfax or histories until a claim is filed. So if you pay for 1 yr, 1000 dollars, they can turn around and say vehicle not covered with no refunds. THEY ARE SELLING VEHICLES WITHOUT KNOWING WHETHER OR NOT THEY WILL BE COVERED. I have reported this to the BBB and to military leadership at Fort Walton Florida to ensure military personnel know that their vehicles brought back from serving overseas, even though vehicles have to meet US specs to be shipped back to US, are not covered by this company. They will take the money as long as they can and not inform them. AGAIN, THEY ARE SELLING COVERAGE NOT KNOWING IF THEY WILL COVER.

I would put 0 stars if I could. They sold me an enhanced powertrain contract 3 months ago. I just attempted to file a claim yesterday on my vehicle, which is a Volkswagen. The claims department said they do not check vehicle histories or carfax until AFTER you file a claim. They told me they will not cover my car anymore because it’s a “gray market vehicle”. They did not tell me this until I tried filing a claim and had paid monthly payments already. They denied any refund or coverage. I have reported all this to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. They will sell you an invalid contract!!!

The company is fraudulent they take your money and when they can’t fix it they won’t replace. They say they spent max amount of money trying to fix it. They lie and scam everyone. I make sure everyone hears they do bad business. They will be shut down. SCAMMERS

This is the most disgusting, dishonest company I have ever insured with. A total rip off. Do not waste your time signing up for there product, definitely a snake oil salesman company.
Absolutely discussed with them.

Have the enhanced coverage auto. Had a fuel leak issue. Called they took 6 hours to tell me they wouldn't cover the cost. Due to pre existing conditions and symptoms... I had to pay out of pocket. Look else where for a warranty that will actually help you when you need it

I was on hold for 2 hours, I make all these payments but can’t use the services, or now all of a sudden those services aren’t offered to me. My car was having some engine problems and I needed new cylinders. I was told those services aren’t included in my package, but when I looked online that was covered on my plan but I didn’t argue. I then stated I wanted to cancel the insurance months ago and now I’m still being charged months later. I have been calling to cancel almost every day and I’m always on hold for hours, I want a refund for 3 months or since the last time I spoke to an actual representative. This is unacceptable behavior for a company who thinks they are so A rated. I’m a consumer and I don’t trust you.

Everything Breaks SUCKS! Not only their customer service but also their shady and deceitful communication tactics!
I agreed to purchase an extended warranty on Friday, Dec 8, 2023 that was contingent upon me calling on Monday morning with my odometer reading and my VIN for the contract. After doing a lot of research about the company over the weekend, I realized that the company has a terrible reputation for poor customer service, denying claims, taking out payments from who had already canceled, etc and decided I didn't want to do business with this shady company. So, I called about noon on Monday and learned that my payment had already been processed and my contract was emailed to me as well. (I don't understand how the contract can be valid without my car VIN or mileage) I told the sales rep that I wanted to cancel and was transferred to the cancelation dept. The rep told me that I was entitled to a full refund and he had canceled my order. He said he couldn't give me a confirmation number for the cancelation transaction but that I would receive it in an email within the hour.
When I checked my email, I found 2 emails from early in the day that were for 2 different product purchases. (I only made one purchase) The second purchase (with a separate order #) was for an add-on (that I did not consent to) that was being offered to me at no charge for a trial period of one month.

I had also received the cancelation email from Everything Breaks. It did not include a confirmation # nor did it mention my refund. Upon further inspection, I realized that the order number for the cancelation was the same as the FREE upgrade/add-on that I didn't give consent for. So, if they cancel the service associated with that order number, they don't need to issue a refund because I didn't pay anything for it. It's a pretty shady way to scam people and confuse the customer into thinking it has been resolved and their refund is on its way. I truly believe this tactic is used in hopes of dragging the cancelation out long enough to collect a 2nd monthly payment (because the warranty was never actually canceled) and allow 30 days to pass so the customer is no longer entitled to a full refund under the guidelines. I replied to the cancelation email and addressed this issue in even greater detail but haven't received a response yet. I will call again tomorrow and plan to consult with an attorney as well. I highly recommend that Everything Breaks cancel my warranty and issue a refund immediately.
So, in closing, I would like to say that my experience with Everything Breaks has not been good and all the negative reviews from unhappy customers are legitimate! Both the sales rep and the cancelation dept rep told me that there are not bad reviews on their website. Let's see if they allow this testimony on the website. I bet nobody but an employee will ever read this. I plan to post about my negative experience everywhere I can on the internet and hopefully, it will save others the hassle of dealing with the issues this company creates with their shady business practices.

The solenoid had to be replaced in my car. After getting the past 2 years of repairs I had already done, they paid for the repair. It was 1400 and I paid 150 for my deductible. Keep all your receipts.

Be very careful everything breaks will only cover the value of the car you own.
I had a claim for $4900 and they will only pay the value of the car $915. Please be prepared to come up with the difference $3985. I brought the warranty to pay my deductible of $100 and they pay the rest. Not so we have to pay the greater amount. Painful.
