The worst service I have ever experienced! Over three weeks before anyone even answered the phone when the mechanic called to put in a claim! Then another few weeks to get approval! Once repairs were finished, I was told I had to pay the mechanic and wait for reimbursment!!! Now, over THREE MONTHS later, still waiting on payment! Do not waste your money on this, ever!!!

I enrolled in an auto warranty with Everything Breaks for a peace of mind and to no longer worry about unexpected auto repairs. When enrolling, the rep explained how it all works, told me I could go the the repair shop of my choice, and I would only have to pay the 1st $100. After 7 months of warranty, I.ve had my warranty for more than 7 months now, and followed the protocol of filing a claim with Everything Breaks, only to receive a response "it's not covered"! This was never explained at the time I signed up, I spent almost an hour on hold before speaking to someone about this, and now they will NOT refund any of the premiums for the last 7 months. I strongly encouage anyone to do their research and find a more reputable after-market warranty for your vehicle, or like myself, open up an account and create an emergency vehicle repair fund with the funds you would have paid for a useless warranty. This may not cover all major repair, but it would certainly be helpful with small unexpected repairs.

This is the worst place to do business with.

Your system DOES NOT WORK!!!! Spent hours on hold, requested callback, all to no avail.
I only want to cancel, but cannot even get through to someone to accomplish that. My next call is to Texas Board of Fraudulent practices.

I just got to say the customer service was excellent and always got a prompt response. From Frank and Kiara they went above and beyond they had the patience to translate It to my mother. I must say there professionalism is an A++ I recommend them.

I am currently working with Everything Breaks on a repair that is covered by my warranty plan. They are covering the cost of two repairs to my car and I am happy in that respect. However, I have been in a rental car for 20 days while the service provider and Everything Breaks argues over what kind of transmission to install in my car. The service provider keeps calling for an authorization for the work, but they wait on hold for hours. They leave messages and then have missed the return call. I am the one is losing due to their poor customer service. I have paid for a rental car for 20 days and the repairs on my car have not even started yet!
The salesperson told me that Everything Breaks puts you in a rental car while you car is begin repaired, but he wasn't specific. It turns out that is $30 a per for up to 5 days. You can't even rent a car for $30 a day.
I am dissatisfied with their customer service and the complete lack of care for creating financial hardships for me due to their slow responses. I would not recommend this company.

They didn't fix my problem, this company is just lies. Don't believe anything about them, they are thieves.

Llevo la mañana completa intentando cancelar el contrato y siempre me dejan con la computadora p uesta,…… si fue tan rápido hacerme el contrato, porque tanta demora para cancelarlo. Te dicen q tienes 30 días por si deseas cancelar reintegrarse el dinero y luego no te atienden…es una compañía de estafa o que???
