When enrolling, the rep explained how it all works, told me I could go the the repair shop of my choice, and I would only have to pay the 1st $100. After 7 months of warranty, I.ve had my warranty for more than 7 months now, and followed the protocol of filing a claim with Everything Breaks, only to receive a response "it's not covered"! This was never explained at the time I signed up, I spent almost an hour on hold before speaking to someone about this, and now they will NOT refund any of the premiums for the last 7 months. I strongly encouage anyone to do their research and find a more reputable after-market warranty for your vehicle, or like myself, open up an account and create an emergency vehicle repair fund with the funds you would have paid for a useless warranty. They are covering the cost of two repairs to my car and I am happy in that respect. However, I have been in a rental car for 20 days while the service provider and Everything Breaks argues over what kind of transmission to install in my car. The service provider keeps calling for an authorization for the work, but they wait on hold for hours. They leave messages and then have missed the return call.
