I was on hold for 2 hours, I make all these payments but can’t use the services, or now all of a sudden those services aren’t offered to me. My car was having some engine problems and I needed new cylinders. I was told those services aren’t included in my package, but when I looked online that was covered on my plan but I didn’t argue. I then stated I wanted to cancel the insurance months ago and now I’m still being charged months later. I have been calling to cancel almost every day and I’m always on hold for hours, I want a refund for 3 months or since the last time I spoke to an actual representative. This is unacceptable behavior for a company who thinks they are so A rated. I’m a consumer and I don’t trust you.

Everything Breaks SUCKS! Not only their customer service but also their shady and deceitful communication tactics!
I agreed to purchase an extended warranty on Friday, Dec 8, 2023 that was contingent upon me calling on Monday morning with my odometer reading and my VIN for the contract. After doing a lot of research about the company over the weekend, I realized that the company has a terrible reputation for poor customer service, denying claims, taking out payments from who had already canceled, etc and decided I didn't want to do business with this shady company. So, I called about noon on Monday and learned that my payment had already been processed and my contract was emailed to me as well. (I don't understand how the contract can be valid without my car VIN or mileage) I told the sales rep that I wanted to cancel and was transferred to the cancelation dept. The rep told me that I was entitled to a full refund and he had canceled my order. He said he couldn't give me a confirmation number for the cancelation transaction but that I would receive it in an email within the hour.
When I checked my email, I found 2 emails from early in the day that were for 2 different product purchases. (I only made one purchase) The second purchase (with a separate order #) was for an add-on (that I did not consent to) that was being offered to me at no charge for a trial period of one month.

I had also received the cancelation email from Everything Breaks. It did not include a confirmation # nor did it mention my refund. Upon further inspection, I realized that the order number for the cancelation was the same as the FREE upgrade/add-on that I didn't give consent for. So, if they cancel the service associated with that order number, they don't need to issue a refund because I didn't pay anything for it. It's a pretty shady way to scam people and confuse the customer into thinking it has been resolved and their refund is on its way. I truly believe this tactic is used in hopes of dragging the cancelation out long enough to collect a 2nd monthly payment (because the warranty was never actually canceled) and allow 30 days to pass so the customer is no longer entitled to a full refund under the guidelines. I replied to the cancelation email and addressed this issue in even greater detail but haven't received a response yet. I will call again tomorrow and plan to consult with an attorney as well. I highly recommend that Everything Breaks cancel my warranty and issue a refund immediately.
So, in closing, I would like to say that my experience with Everything Breaks has not been good and all the negative reviews from unhappy customers are legitimate! Both the sales rep and the cancelation dept rep told me that there are not bad reviews on their website. Let's see if they allow this testimony on the website. I bet nobody but an employee will ever read this. I plan to post about my negative experience everywhere I can on the internet and hopefully, it will save others the hassle of dealing with the issues this company creates with their shady business practices.

The solenoid had to be replaced in my car. After getting the past 2 years of repairs I had already done, they paid for the repair. It was 1400 and I paid 150 for my deductible. Keep all your receipts.

Be very careful everything breaks will only cover the value of the car you own.
I had a claim for $4900 and they will only pay the value of the car $915. Please be prepared to come up with the difference $3985. I brought the warranty to pay my deductible of $100 and they pay the rest. Not so we have to pay the greater amount. Painful.

I bought a policy from these people back in June 2023 for my auto and for my home electronics. I filed a claim for my rose gold Samsung Galaxy smart watch. They denied that because they said it was 3 years old. I don't know how old they expect for the electronics to be a year old for them to cover it. I don't know! Now my transmission went out. They don't want to pay that because I did not have a 100,000 mile check on the transmission which is stated in the owner's manua which I do not own because the car was used when I bought it.

Very upset!! #Everything breaks ARE SCAMS. Don't even think about buying a policy from these rip-offs. They will come up with the most ridiculous documentation that you need to have in order for them to pay a claim! Their business should be called Everything denied!

This is the worst service ever! I was told one thing when I first called to get the service. I found out that most of what I was told was a lie!😡 Then every time I called thereafter, I got a different story with each rep I conversed with. I emailed them over two weeks ago to cancel my service, and to this day it has not been cancelled. I’ve been on hold for almost an hour now waiting to talk to Support to cancel my service, but it seems no one is available to answer the phone, and it’s 12:26 pm, et. This company sucks, so run fast in the opposite direction from it!

It seemed to be a good company at first. Got my water pump did that went well. A year later my torque converter in my transmission start going out, took it to a transmission shop, and my claim was denied. Yall said it had to go all the way out. What's the point in having a warranty? So for the past few months I've been driving nervously. So i put a stop on the payments. Might as well use that 75$ towards getting it repaired myself.

Customer service is sub par and non existent. The cancelation line is never available. No one calls back nor do they respond to my voice message.
